When I’m asked why I became a professional business coach, the sentiment is simple:
I get great pleasure from helping people reach their true potential in life.
I’m Yvette, a Professional Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over 2500 coaching hours and 20 years’ prior corporate experience. I’m also a licensed Neuro-Transformational Coach, trained in the latest neuroscience-backed coaching tools, and a qualified MBTI and NLP practitioner. Based on the Sussex coast in the UK, I work with C-suite executives, board members, and emerging leaders globally, offering remote, in-person, and outdoor coaching.
My approach combines powerful decision-making, leadership, and strategy skills with neuroscience-based tools to help you achieve personal and organisational goals. I specialise in working with executives from startups to global blue-chip organisations, always staying at the forefront of the latest coaching techniques.
